BLUESOCK HOSTELS ESPAÑA S.L (hereinafter referred to as “Room00”) is the Data Controller for the personal data of the customers of each of the hotels (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”).
Through this Privacy Policy, and in compliance with Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and Article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights ("LOPDPGDD"), Room00 informs Users using the Website about the processing of their personal data that may be collected through it and processed by Room00.

The personal data will be processed by Room00 during the contractual relationship between Room00 and the User. These data will be blocked to comply with Room00's legal obligations and, after that period, will be permanently deleted. |
3. TO WHOM WILL YOUR DATA BE DISCLOSED?
Room00 informs that, for the purposes described above, personal data of the User will not be transferred to third parties. However, Room00 may provide access to such personal data to technology service providers with whom a data processing agreement has been signed; in particular to:
- Analytics service providers.
- Hosting service providers.
4. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Room00 commits to adopting the necessary physical, technical, and organizational measures, as required by applicable regulations, to ensure the security of personal data and prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed, or unauthorized communication or access to such data. Personal data will be treated confidentially by Room00, which commits to informing and enforcing such confidentiality with its employees, partners, and any person who must access Users' personal data due to legal or contractual obligations.
5. USERS' RIGHTS
The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, and, if applicable, limitation of processing and data portability by sending an email to administracion@room00group.com
The User may also file a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), if they believe that the rights outlined in this Privacy Policy have been violated or if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates applicable regulations.
6. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
Room00 reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes or updates to the Privacy Policy will be explicitly notified to the User through a notice on the Website, along with the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
