A Hidden Gem in Rome—Exceptional Comfort and Standout Service! Don’t let the hard-to-find doorway fool you! The entrance can be a bit tricky to spot, but keep an eye out for... leer mas the big gates marked "ROOM," or simply walk through the restaurant "ENOTICO" during business hours. I initially booked this hotel purely for its proximity to Termini Station. Given the very reasonable rate, I was expecting to make a few compromises. To my delight, I couldn't have been more wrong. The room was incredibly comfortable, easily rivaling places that charge twice as much. Traveling solo, the room size was spot-on, and the air conditioning was fantastic—a absolute necessity in the Roman summer heat! What truly made my stay unforgettable, though, was Mirela at the front desk. She goes far above and beyond her role. I arrived at 10:00 AM completely exhausted after an overnight train ride. Rome was scorching at 38°C, and I was far too drained to wander around. Hearing that standard check-in wasn't until 3:00 PM felt daunting, but Mirela saved the day. She recommended a great local spot where I could relax, and within an hour, she managed to expedite a room for me. Being able to take a hot shower and recharge for a few hours completely turned my day around. It really showed how deeply she cares about her guests. I would not hesitate to stay at Room Santa Maria Maggiore again. It’s definitely going to be my go-to choice every time I’m in Rome!

The location is very convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The hotel has been recently renovated and was very clean. Thanks to Mirela at the reception, who was... leer mas friendly and professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The only downsides were that the entrance was a bit difficult to find and the room was quite small. However, considering the price, it was definitely worth it and a good choice for a short stay.

A new, wonderful, and very clean hotel. I enjoyed my stay there for several days, and the staff were fantastic. They also give you a discount at the nearby restaurant. It's located in... leer mas a great area with many restaurants and shops, as well as a metro station. The only issue is that, being new, there's no sign at the entrance. I had trouble finding the entrance when I arrived. There are two ways to enter: 1- Through this restaurant 2- Through the main entrance, which is shared by several hotels. Please watch the video I recorded to learn how to find the entrance. Un hotel nuovo, meraviglioso e molto pulito. Ho soggiornato lì per diversi giorni e il personale è stato fantastico. Offrono anche uno sconto presso il ristorante nelle vicinanze. Si trova in un'ottima zona con molti ristoranti e negozi, oltre a una stazione della metropolitana. L'unico problema è che, essendo nuovo, non c'è un'insegna all'ingresso. Ho avuto difficoltà a trovare l'ingresso al mio arrivo. Ci sono due modi per entrare: 1- Attraverso questo ristorante 2- Attraverso l'ingresso principale, condiviso da diversi hotel. Guardate il video che ho registrato per imparare a trovare l'ingresso.

Very good Room and friendly Staff!

Loved our stay here. The hotel is very new, modern, and kept immaculately clean. Our room had great lighting and a nice atmosphere. A special shout-out to Mirela at reception,... leer mas who was so welcoming and gave us brilliant advice on where to eat and what to see. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This hotel is new and comfortable, especially the reception offered good service. And Mirela is nice, she recommended some restaurants and gelato for us.

Ho pernottato in una camera singola il 27/07/26 e mi sono trovata davvero bene! Intanto per la vicinanza alla stazione perché sono davvero 2 minuti a piedi, e poi perché... leer mas la camera pur essendo piccola, ma appunto, si trattava di una singola, aveva tutto. Il letto era comodo, due cuscini, una bella soluzione per riporre telefono e oggetti personali vicino al letto senza avere il comodino in mezzo ai piedi. Bagno dotato di tutti i confort, un phon decisamente valido, sapone, shampoo e balsamo. Tra l'altro complimenti perché erano ottimi prodotti! TV grande, bollitore, macchinetta del caffé, minifrigo e soprattutto aria condizionata facilmente regolabile. Le camere erano ben isolate tra loro, non ho sentito rumori dagli altri ospiti o dalla strada ed era tutto pulitissimo. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione se dovessi tornare a Roma! Dimenticavo che hanno anche i locker gratuiti che mettono a disposizione per il giorno di arrivo/partenza! Super comodi e spaziosissimi.

I would like to thank the receptionist named ALEXIS, for... leer mas his kind, passionate and eager service throughout my four day stay at the hotel Room Santa Maria Maggiore. He was the only staff receptionist member that treated my family and I with respect and patience. Thank you ALEXIS. We owe a part of our good time to him and the staff members at the restaurant Enotico connected to the hotel. 10/10 would return.
